The respect of your privacy and my commitment to protecting it is a cornerstone of a strong patient/therapist bond, and I take it very seriously.  Information may be collected based on your data entry into website forms, through text or other electronic messages from this website, and e-mail.  The following policy details what information may be collected from you and my dedication to safely collecting, using, maintaining, and protecting your personal information.

THERAPEUTIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

When approaching therapy, it is your time to use as you see fit, and I’m a guide to assist in using the time wisely.  Refunds are not issued from sessions and my cancellation policy requires any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

All information stored by the Licensed Professional Counseling practice of Leslie Tourish is treated as confidential.  All such data is accessed only by authorized personnel and security is in place to protect against breach or loss.  Information includes, but is not limited to, information provided directly to me through intake or other forms, submission of information through the Contact page, and any other methods.

Credit card details processed by Leslie Tourish are not stored on any host servers and must be provided as a payment method each time of use.
